The Centre for Life

Situated in Newcastle’s world-class science village in the heart of the city, the Centre of Life provides a contemporary backdrop for a range of events from conferences, dinners and product launches through to exhibitions and fashion shows. As well as the use of the purpose-built conference and banqueting suites, clients can take advantage of the other world-class facilities on site at the Science Centre.

The Scotswood Suite can accommodate up to 380 delegates theatre style and is complemented by a number of breakout spaces and boardrooms. Supporter of ABPCO’s Conference Cloud campaign, Life Conference and Banquet Centre offers free Wi-Fi to delegates as well as first class AV equipment and facilities.

At the end of the working day or as a breakout activity, treat delegates to a planetarium show on the 360 degree digital domed screen or, for teambuilding fun, a cocktail making workshop in the science lab.
