Balloons in Bristol

The four-day Bristol International Balloon Fiesta is one of the biggest ballooning events in Europe and one of England’s top outdoor events.

150 hot air balloons take to the skies creating a magical spectacle. The 6am ‘Breakfast and Balloon’ ascent is fuelled by the traditional bacon sandwich. The day is rounded off with the beautiful ‘Nightglow’ finale of lit balloons, fireworks and music. There are exhilarating appearances from parachute display teams and the world’s premier aerobatic team – the legendary Red Arrows, with whom your high fliers can have high tea.

Corporate marquees can be arranged at the edge of the arena. Be part of the action with an out-of-hours balloon ride (dawn or sunset), complete with champagne and memento photographs.
