One of the UK’s most beautiful landmarks, Alnwick Castle is the second largest inhabited castle in England. The stunning Guest Hall retains its historic feel and can accommodate up to 280 delegates. The Sanctuary is the Castle’s restaurant and is available for private hire, while Hulne Abbey, a ruined medieval Carmelite monastery, is a truly unique setting for outdoor events.

As well as private team-building activities or guided tours of the grounds and sumptuous State Rooms. An archery session in the castle’s grounds or broomstick training in the Outer Bailey can prove a very novel ending to a staff away day. The venue is equipped with state-of-the-art modern facilities required for conferences, team-building days, black tie banqueting, and dinner dances to help you create an event your delegates will never forget.

Located 40 minutes away from central NewcastleGateshead by road, Alnwick Castle has been home to the Duke of Northumberland's family for 700 years and the film location of Harry Potter's Hogwarts School.
