Part of the The Jockey Club Venues Collection, Cheltenham Racecourse is the destination for the world's pre-eminent jump meeting, The Festival.

  • No event is too big or too small, with 2,600 sqm / 27,986 sqft of indoor space and 12 flexible meeting room areas.
  • The Centaur’s indoor space can stage a seated auditorium for 2,250 delegates or banqueting for 800 seated diners.
  • The Gold Cup room comprises of two rooms, Festival and Gold Cup. It has the capacity for a drinks reception of 400 standing guests or banqueting for 260 seated guests.
  • Private boxes overlooking the racecourse are popular for small meetings or training for up to 16 delegates, boardroom layout.

Cheltenham Town Hall

Cheltenham Town Hall is rich in heritage and is a Grade II-listed jewel in the heart of regency Cheltenham.

  • The Baroque-style town hall is the home of culture, arts and entertainment and provides an ideal space for a range of private and corporate events.

Cheltenham Ladies’ College opened its doors in 1854. Educating around 850 pupils from around the world, the college has outstanding facilities available for corporate hire.

  • The Parabola Arts Centre includes a 325-seat theatre and gallery, in a Grade II-listed building.
  • Grand function rooms feature historical architecture, such as the Princess Hall, which can seat over 800 people for dinner. 
  • The Lower Hall is one of the oldest rooms at Cheltenham Ladies’ College. It can host 200 delegates theatre-style or 150 standing guests for a reception. 
  • The Garden Common Room is surrounded by a beautiful view of the college grounds. It can be used as an event registration area, a drinks reception area for 150 standing guests, a space for presentations of up to 150 or a banqueting space for 100 seated guests to dine.
