Our assessor experiences anything and everything that you might, starting with the point at which you begin to research your visit via social media, leaflets, the website or promotional material right through to wheelchair access, visitor information and parking; the full 360-degree experience of a place is checked out for you first. We’ll even make sure how easy it is for you to find the right postcodes for your Sat Nav.
The findings from each assessment are recorded before being fed back to the management team so they are able to constantly improve the experience for you.
Look out for VisitEngland’s Quality Rose Marque. It should be clearly displayed on the website, any leaflets and at the Place of Interest itself. But if you can't see one, just ask.
