Transport yourself to Tudor times and take a tour around King Henry VIII's famous Southsea Castle.
Entry is free to this Tudor fortification where Henry VIII famously watched his favourite ship, the Mary Rose sink just 2 kilometres off of the coast of Portsmouth.
Explore the keep where you'll find out about the people that have lived in the castle for the past 500 years whilst defending the city and the state.
If you're feeling brave delve deep underground and follow the network of tunnels that take you under the castle's moat and outside the castle's grounds.
If you'd rather stay above ground then climb the ramparts and enjoy breath-taking views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight, or relax in the castle courtyard with a cup of tea and home-made cake crafted from fresh, locally sourced produce at the Yellow Kite Café.
