Enjoy the art on offer at the one of the most important museums in England which reflects the Victorian fascination with world cultures.
The Russell-Cotes Art Gallery and Museum was founded by Sir Merton and Lady Russell-Cotes on Bournemouth’s East Cliff at the turn of the twentieth century. The museum reflects the Victorians love of world cultures and exhibitions feature art and artefacts from many different countries. It also holds a number of family talks, tours and family activities throughout the year.
As well as admiring the art, visitors can enjoy tea in the new café, Urban Renassiance, which has recently opened following a major refurbishment. In addition, you are able to choose your own pictures for your home from the world-renowned Russell-Cotes fine art collection from its Art on Demand store.
