Learn how to cook healthy, sustainable food at Birmingham’s newest food school.
Harborne Food School delivers cooking classes suited to all ages and levels of experience, from basic kitchen skills to master class sessions, via a range of cuisines, including Indian, South American and Middle Eastern.
Cooking courses are delivered by a chef and registered nutritionist and seek to develop a range of skills, such as shopping for a balanced diet on a budget, reducing food waste and preparing a range of nourishing meals.
There are bespoke programmes developed for individuals, families and groups and for those with special health needs, including support for pregnant women and new mothers, cooking on a budget for teenagers and families, eating well for those with diabetes or heart disease, as well as weight management support.
