Heritage Open Days annually celebrate England’s fantastic architecture and culture.
Each September, for four days, buildings of every age, style and function throw open their doors free of charge. Open to everyone are some fabulous buildings which are normally either closed to the public or charge for admission. Previously visitors have got to look inside the Town Hall, the Tower and even the Illuminations Depot.
Knowledgeable guides bring these properties to life as they take you back through their past. Anyone with an interest in Blackpool’s buildings will find a hidden gem and it's also a great weekend for residents to get to know all about the town in which they live.
