A few days to escape and unwind

E

ver get the feeling that you’ve overindulged? And we’re not necessarily talking about too much vino and rich food last weekend.

It could simply be that you’ve been burning the candle at both ends with work, have finished a relationship – or simply need a few days to escape and unwind. Whatever the case, we reckon a short stay at Brook Cottage in West Wittering will soon have you firing on all cylinders.

Basically your short break involves lots of sleep (yes please), bracing walks along the white sand of West Wittering Beach, and daily treatments that’ll leave you feeling rather pampered and fluffy. Okay, now for the other stuff.

As this is a ‘detox’ break, you won’t be eating. At least not like you’re used to. Instead, the experts at the Brook Cottage whip up various delicious juices throughout the day, along with a clear soup in the evening – which is high in potassium, to help flush out nasty toxins that build up in everyday life.

Speak of, ahem, ‘flushing’, you’ll also be doing a spot of colonic irrigation while you’re here, leaving you feeling fully ‘refreshed’. Don’t worry, it’s all done by experts (you can even do your own), and you’ll leave here feeling a million bucks.
