This art deco Grade II-listed building, designed by acclaimed architect Vincent E Harris, creates the right atmosphere for a business event. Carefully modernised to cater for cutting-edge events, it manages to retain all the charm of Sheffield’s original industrial heritage.

With an imposing presence in one of the city’s main squares, the building opened in 1932 – since then, the venue has developed an extensive legacy. The Beatles, Jimi Hendrix, The Rolling Stones and Ricky Gervais are just a few examples of artists who have graced this stage. The Hall is also home to the Sheffield International Concert Season, which attracts some of the finest orchestras and classical performers from across the world.

Up to 2,270 delegates can be seated in The Irwin Mitchell Oval Hall – a stunning, yet surprisingly intimate, auditorium. Teambuilding in the form of salsa dancing is available in the Grand Ballroom.

A number of smaller hospitality suites and break-out spaces can also be utilised.
